How do I access FifthWall’s online portal?

Go to portal.fifthwallsolutions.com and enter your login info. If you do not know your info, select “I forgot my password” first. Otherwise, select “Register for Agent Portal Access” to receive credentials within 24 business hours.

How do I change my password?

Select your profile icon > “Change password”, then enter the required info. To keep track of passwords, use a vault like 1Password.

How do I enroll my client into the CYBERPEACEOFMIND program?

Limit: $250,000 Retention: $1,000

  • Select Submission > New Submission in the left panel.
  • Select the FifthWall Cyber program. Enter the Insured’s revenue, then select Bind Plan under CYBERPEACEOFMIND.
  • Confirm the Insured’s eligibility and enter the required information. Review the final product and pricing before proceeding to bind.
  • You’ll redirect to a policy dashboard with a Conditional Binder Issued status to confirm the bind, where you and the Insured will receive initial policy documents and payment link via email.
  • You and the Insured will receive the certificate to the master policy after the Insured’s remittance of payment. The status will also flip to Policy in Force in the policy dashboard.

How do I enroll my client into the CYBERNOW program?

Limit: $1,000,000-$3,000,000 Retention: $5,000
Select Submission > New Submission in the left panel.

  • Select the FifthWall Cyber program. Enter the Insured’s revenue, then select Bind Plan under CYBERNOW.
  • Confirm the Insured’s eligibility and enter the required information. Review the final product and pricing before proceeding to bind.
  • You’ll redirect to a policy dashboard with a Conditional Binder Issued status to confirm the bind, where you and the Insured will receive initial policy documents and payment link via email.

How do I submit a CYBERASSURANCE request for a more comprehensive option that FifthWall will take to market?

Limit: $1,000,000-$25,000,000 Retention: $1,000+

Select Submission > New Submission in the left panel. Then, select the FifthWall Cyber program. Enter the Insured’s revenue, then select Get Indication under CYBERASSURANCE. Provide at minimum the company name, industry, website, and state of incorporation.

How do I know if my Insured has paid for their CPOM/CyberNow?

Under Policies, your submission should read Policy in Force. You will also receive a certificate to the master policy once payment is remitted. If the policy dashboard reads Conditional Binder Issued, it’s possible that a physical check was sent and is in process of posting. If none of the above items are verified, you may want to follow up with your Insured. Reminders will be sent 3 days prior to their due date.

How do I renew my Insured’s cyber policy?

In short, the associated broker will receive a specific portal link via email to renew for each Insured. However, anyone in your agency may renew a policy 60 days out without receiving an email. From your Insured’s expiring policy dashboard for the most current year, select Renew and follow the prompts, making sure you complete the newly required Revenue and Industry fields.
